Following the succcess of the Autum Duathlon Bayside Tri are pleased to introduce a new season opener The Bayside Spring Duathlon on Sunday 2nd April 2023 at the Bayside Cabin, Stokes Bay.

Following the same format and courses as the autumn event, the Bayside Spring Duathlon offers Sprint and Super Sprint distances to test all the winter training and blow the cobwebs away.

This flat, fast seafront course with the run route taking in Gosport's Golden Mile always brings out a healthy dose of competition!

The Sprint Distance (5k/25k/5k) is our most popular event and attracts athletes from far and wide including many local tri and running clubs.

If you like your duathlons short and sweet or you are just getting into multisports why not opt for the Super Sprint Distance 2.5k/10k/2.5k and jump the breakfast queue at Bayside Cabin afterwards!
