GOTRI Organiser of the Year 2019 – Bayside Tri Club

On Tuesday 22nd October representatives from Bayside Tri Club attended the regions AGM and awards evening at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel near Oxford.

An informative first part of the evening was followed by the presentation of the Triathlon England South Central region awards.

Bayside Tri Chairman Lee Rhodes and Club Member Pete Nash were in attendance and were honoured to pick up the regions GOTRI Organiser of the Year award.

The award is recognition for the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to organise and host a number of GOTRI events over a number of years (15 GOTRI events in 4 years), as well as the Clubs approach to encourage and support those new to triathlon.
