An opportunity to get video footage which will be used to provide swim stroke analysis and an opportunity for feedback and correction advice. Each swimmer will have a 10 minute slot where their swimming will be videoed from various angles (top, side, front and under-water). Each swimmer will receive a full swim stroke analysis with feedback including correction advice and a set of recommended drills for improvement. Please book the normal swim session to complement your swim analysis. Before and after your video slot, you will join the Monday swim set.
