About the course
Skill level: Beginner
This is a beginner track session and is open to all abilities. It's a great opportunity to start to build experience of running on the track and learning how to gradually build up your running speed. It is a coached session comprising a warm up, some drills, a set of intervals and a cool down/stretch. As the main set is intervals, you can do as much or as little as you want - it really is open to everyone!
