Open Water swimming aimed at Novice & nervous swimmers. Venue : Raygill Fisheries, Lothersdale, BD20 8HH Previous open water experience is not necessary but we require that swimmers are able to swim 500 meters continuously (front crawl or breast stroke) For the coached sessions swimmers must wear a wetsuit and are strongly advised to wear a tow float. Registration will open at 6.35 with a mandatory swim briefing at 6.55pm. Full details of the session and a declaration form have been emailed out to all members and must be read before attending this session, please contact welfare.cravenenergy@gmail.com if you have not received this. To attend this session you must have completed and submitted your declaration form where possible at least 24 hours beforehand (send completed forms to welfare.cravenenergy@gmail.com ). Forms will be accepted on the night but will delay your registration
