Home based whole body workout to support swim, bike and run fitness. Dress code: shorts/leggings and T-Shirt plus clean training shoes. Some sections can be done in bare feet. Clear enough space to set up a yoga mat or similar, plus one meter perimeter to avoid collision injuries. Yoga or exercise mat desirable. Activity focus is on body weight resistance Aim to have main light source behind the camera device
