Yosemite soup recipe

My famous Yosemite soup recipe blows any cold out of the water .

2 medium onions 9 cloves of garlic stick celery 2 whole red chillis including seeds... cook with 30g butter and oil for 10 mins. Wang in 1/2 kilo ish of oven cooked tomatoes (I bought reduced plum ones and cooked in oven for 20 mins) a can chopped tomatoes and veggie stock cube and add water to consistency you like .. simmer for 15 mins.. blend and wang in a bit of double cream and salt and pepper...

Has quite a kick but certainly blasts a cold !

Ps mints may be needed for the inevitable garlic breath
