Taking part in a triathlon can bit scary, especially if its your first event. In this session GTC Head Coach (Sean Webster) and Bishopbriggs Triathlon Race Director (Stewart Milne) will discuss and answer questions on the following topics. 1. pre race logistics 2. on the day setup and registration 3. the swim leg (logistics and tips) 4. the bike leg (logistics and tips) 5. the run leg (logistics and tips) 6. what next ? (i.e. join a club, other races etc.) 7. volunteering opportunities There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
