Training sessions to help you prepare for your event. These sessions are delivered via the free app Training Peaks (https://www.trainingpeaks.com/)

The training sessions can be completed in a number of ways:
The swim sessions are designed for the pool.
The bike sessions can be done either outdoors or indoors and can be downloaded directly to Zwift or done on an exercise/spin bike.
The run sessions are based on (your) pace and can be done indoors or outside.

The sessions are generic to your event and are not based on a specific event date.

Eligibility: You need to be a member of GTC to sign up for this package.
