The GTC committee is pleased to announce that the club has a new website and booking system for 2022.

The new system is powered by a system called Clubspark who have partnered with British and Scottish Triathlon to provide websites and booking systems for clubs. You can read more about them here https://www.britishtriathlon.org/clubspark

To use the new booking system members will have to sign up to Clubspark. Membership is free. We have prepared a short video here that will guide you through the process.

We encourage all members to do this now so that you are setup before the system goes live in the new year.

FAQ

What are the benefits to the club by changing system?

Integrating membership, bookings and coaching into one system will make it easier for the club to communicate with members, to offer different types of membership, and to update and promote sessions. 

Do I need to sign up to entrycentral for my GTC membership?

Yes - the booking system and website are separate to GTC membership. You will still need to sign up for membership using https://www.entrycentral.com/Glasgow_Tri_Club_Membership

We will remove any users from the booking system who are not GTC members. 

Can I make bookings now?

The booking system is currently being tested. We will inform members once bookings are available. 

What will happen to the current system ? 

The current website and booking system (http://www.glasgowtriathlonclub.co.uk) will be available until Dec 20th. After that date the .co.uk domain name will transfer to the new website and the old booking system will be shut down. 

What will happen to any unused funds in the booking system ?

We will release more information about this in the new year.
