About the course
Worthing Sea swim at Worthing Sailing Club, BN12 4DG - 750m marked course with rescue boat. Meet at 6:30pm, to be ready to swim at 7pm through to 8pm. If the weather is too bad the session will be cancelled on the day with a message on the club Facebook page. The club bar will be open, and guests/family/friends are allowed to watch from the balcony. Fish & chips are usually available from the bar after.
