Coach: Jayne Ackroyd
Venue: Woodshears Road by the Malvern Active car park entrance. Time: 9:30 am. Please arrive warmed-up for a prompt 9:30 start. There will be a short safety briefing and then runners will set off at intervals to run the pre-set 5k or 10k route. You will need to bring your own watch for timing and be familiar with the route.
