About the course

Coach: Bill Adsett

This coached run session is part of an 8 week programme that takes place 10 Jan 23 to 7 Mar 23. It takes place on tarmac around the Malvern Spa circuit that starts from ScrewFix on Betony Road. Dress for the weather, bring a heart rate monitor and wear high viz. Each session will consist of a warm up and a warm down and is open to all abilities.
