About the course

These sessions cater for all abilities as long as you can swim 2 lengths front crawl. Across the full year we will work on technique, endurance and open water skills to have you race ready for next season. Please bring fins and a pull buoy if you have them - we have a few to loan out if not. Arrive 18:50 for toes in at 19:00. Every Wednesday at Malvern Splash.
