The purpose of the risk assessments are to identify the types of risks that are present during club training sessions and to identify measures to minimise the likelihood and impact of these risks so that members can train in a safe environment. It is important club members read these documents before attending club training sessions and understand any actions expected from them in order to help the club to manage these risks.
Return to Play COVID-19 Health Questionaire
The purpose of the questionaire is to inform and make you aware of the risks involved in returning to training sessions following the COVID-19 pandemic. These questions have been captured in the online booking form used for club training sessions.
Pre-Session Participant Health Questionaire
This questionnaire is to screen for possible symptoms of COVID-19 and other conditions that may impact your ability to participate in a club training session. These questions have been captured in the online booking form used for club training sessions. Regardless of whether you have booked on to a training session, please do not attend if you have displayed COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days or if you are required to self-isolate because of COVID-19.
To facilitate a return to coached swim sessions, the club has outlined the following Swimming Protocol that sets out the rules members of the club must abide by to ensure coached sessions are Covid Secure.
As a member of North Dorset Tri, it is your responsibility to ensure you read, understand, and comply with these rules. Failure to do so, will result in you being asked to leave the session.
ClubSpark online booking
All club sessions must be booked through the ClubSpark online booking platform. By booking a club training session you are agreeing that you have followed the COVID process as described here. You must only attend a session if you are fit and well and you must inform the club if you display COVID-19 symptoms within 48 hours of attending a session. Before attending a session, all members should also ensure they are familiar with the COVID risk assessments and supporting documentation, which can be found on this page.
