Age level: 12 Yrs +

Free Zoom Multi-fit Sessions with Tracy Cook (your local Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports Coach) every Tuesday and Fridays for people who partake in cardiovascular fitness at least 3 times per week and are considered by their doctor to be fit and healthy. Multi-fit: carefully crafted wellness sessions designed to help our bodies cope with day-to-day physical and mental stresses, whether they are job related, recreationally based or training driven. These Multi-fit sessions include: Full body warm-up Neuromuscular Activation Strength Stabilisation/Balance/Proprioception, and Agility Cool-down The behind the scenes all over body conditioning that both your body and mind need in order for you to progress in your sport whilst addressing the essential movement patterns to strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments so that they can cope with the demands of stress/load placed upon them.
