Age level: Categories from under 11s to Veteran 80s

Coach: Matt Reed

In order to take part you will need: 1- to be English Athletics registered (this can be obtained via Clubspark) 2- run in Club kit (there may be some you can borrow if you don't have any yet.) If you want a number can you please DM Matt Reed your Name, DOB, and EA Number. You will given an allocated number which you will keep for all 4 races so don't lose it and remember to bring it with you. Spikes are not essential but we would recommend trail/fell shoes if you have them.
