About the course

Interval run for all abilities. Please do a 10-15min warm up jog before the start of the session. Prior to any session, members and coaches must undertake a self-assessment for any COVID-19 symptoms. No one should leave home to participate in the session if they, or someone they live with, has any of the following: 1) A high temperature, 2) A new, continuous cough or 3) A loss of or change to their sense of smell or taste. If you have any such symptoms, you must follow NHS and Public Health England guidance on self-isolation. Please also fill out the return to play health questionnaire and send to before attending the session. By booking on the session you are agreeing to adhere to the clubs requirements as outlined above.
