Regular Sessions

All our sessions are lead by BTF qualified coaches and are open to all abilities.  We also hold one off skills sessions throughout the year.  First timers can also come along and try a session for free.

We have a structured training plan working towards key races within the year,  see here for details.  If you need help towards any races/training then please get in touch.

 

Swim:

Monday 7-8pm, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex

Wednesday 6.30-7.30am, David Ross Sports Village, Uni of Nottingham

Thursday 8.30-9.30pm, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex

Saturday 3-4pm (May-September), Open water session, Colwick Country Park

 

Bike:

Sunday 9-12ish, meet outside Portland Building, Uni of Nottingham (groups of varying ability)

Beginners  Ride - Every Sunday leaving Beeston at 9am. Steady ride out to a cafe stop then ride back, approx 30 miles. Route is flat and safe, so perfect for those that are a bit tentative riding on the road. See Facebook page for full details here
