Regular Sessions

All our sessions are lead by BTF qualified coaches and are open to all abilities.  We also hold one off skills sessions throughout the year.  First timers can also come along and try a session for free.

Swim (£4/session):

Monday 7-8pm, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex

Wednesday 6.30-7.30am, David Ross Sports Village, Uni of Nottingham

Thursday 8.30-9.30pm, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex

Saturday 3-4pm (May-September), Open water session, Colwick Country Park

 

Bike:

Sunday 9-12ish, meet outside Portland Building, Uni of Nottingham (groups of varying ability)

Social  Ride - Every month we'll have a social ride led by ride leaders. Steady ride out to a cafe stop then ride back, approx 30 miles, suitable for all abilities. See Facebook page for full details here

 

Run:

Tuesday 7-8pm, interval session with the University of Nottingham Triathlon Club, see Facebook page for details

Wednesday 7-8pm, Harvey Hadden Stadium with Absolute Tri Club, interval track running, £3.
