Training in Lockdown

Since late March and throughout lockdown, we have been coaching the kids twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  We were thrilled to have some of the older kids participate in leading the sessions in addition to the coaches. Sessions varied weekly:

- virtual cycling (Zwift and Zoom)

- circuit training 

- strength and conditioning

- running sessions, followed by stretching

We also ran a series of virtual challenges, such as triathlons at home, distance challenges and a Tour de France-inspired challenge. 

Small group sessions will resume in September. Stay tuned for updates!
