Tri Harder Race Team

The Tri Harder racing team is made up of a group of enthusiastic people of different
ages, backgrounds and abilities and who enjoy one or more of a triathlon’s three
sporting disciplines; swimming, cycling and running.

The team gives each other the perfect blend of support and ribbing to enable each
member to achieve at the highest level they can.

The main focus of team Tri Harder is cycling, with the team attending various events,
time trials and road races in 2019 and early 2020 before everything was cancelled.
We kept ourselves occupied with high speed group rides called chain gangs when
we were able, pushing each other further and faster (only ever in a good way), from
single hours rides to seeing how quickly we could ride 100 miles.

We are looking optimistically towards the 2023 season in the hope that we will be
able to get out on the roads and tracks once again. With the team training hard over
the winter (mainly to enable the intake of copious amounts of coffee and almond
croissants) we will be ready when the time comes.

We are hoping to compete in various time trials hosted by local clubs, mini leagues
like Lotus, regional road race leagues like the Easter Road Race League right
through to national events like the Team Time Trial and Grand Fondo at the Tour of
Cambridge.
