About the course

Age level: 18 and over

We have now moved to Bramcote lesuire centre for swimming on Fridays! The session time is 6:30 - 7:30pm. Please arrived changed and ready poolside at 6:30pm for a swim brief from the coach. We have 3 lanes which will be ordered by swim speed and the session is suitable to all levels. Note about Bramcote Lesiure center: Pool changing is up the stairs behind reception (no need to check in at the desk). You need to take your shoes off to enter the changing rooms. Get changed and meet poolside (turn left at the showers). Items to bring: - Swim wear - goggles -swim cap -pull buoy (optional) -Fins (optional - but strongly advised for kick drills)
