Training sessions should be booked in advance online & if there is a small session fee this can be paid on arrival via our card readers. Please email us if it’s your first-time training with us and you’d like to try before you buy, you can find the details of each training session & the relevant contact information below:

• Pool Swim Reps: Monday Duncan Beardmore & Wednesday Martin Tolley swim@staffordtri.co.uk
• Open Water Swim Rep: Fuchsia Adamthwaite openwater@staffordtri.co.uk (May to September 6-7:30pm - you must wear a wetsuit & be able to swim at least 800m)
• Bike Rep: Stuart Turner bike@staffordtri.co.uk (Saturday has 3 different speed groups that don’t drop anyone - you must have a road bike and be able to ride at least 25 miles)
• Run Reps: Simon Warwick & Tracey Spivey run@staffordtri.co.uk (Sunday’s trail run is 7-10 miles at the slowest runner’s pace with mustering i.e. faster runners do more going forwards & backwards so no one is dropped & all abilities are welcome)
