SWIM UPDATE - We now have a new club swim @ 9-10pm each Wednesday at Freedom Lesiure Stafford.

This is a non coached swim for Medium and Fast lane swimmers only (Thursday Swim 9-10 remains a fully coached, Open Swim for all abilities and new members). Session will be posted each Thursday to use as a handrail.
