Wednesday Swimming: (Intermediate and Advanced)

  • Coached led sessions that will support you through your swimming journey for intermediate to advanced swimmer.
  • Aycliffe Leisure Centre
  • Cost is £3.50 payable on the night
  • Book via Club Spark booking - Max 10 spaces (2 lanes)

Wednesday Swimming: (Development)

  • Coached led sessions that will support you through your swimming journey from development to Intermediate.
  • Aycliffe Leisure Centre
  • Cost is £3.50 payable on the night
  • Book via Club Spark booking  - Max 10 spaces (2 lanes)

Saturday Swimming: (All)

  • Non Coached sessions for all abilities to follow your own plan.
  • Aycliffe Leisure Centre
  • Time: 07:00 - 08:00
  • Cost is £2.50 payable on the night
  • Book via Club Spark booking  - Max 15 spaces (3 lanes)

Swimming Note:

  • Wednesday swim times alter on a 2 week cycle. 18:00 - 19:00 and 20:00 - 21:00. Please check the Upcoming Training Sessions for the available sessions and times.

Zwift:

  • Grab Your Bike - You’ll need your own bike for Zwift. Most cyclists use modern road bikes, but mountain and hybrids are also welcome.
  • Connect to Trainer - A trainer attaches to your bike and gives you resistance. Many trainers let you experience the rolling hills and big climbs of Zwift.
  • Download Zwift - Start with a free 7-day trial and ride. No payment required.

  • What? Group run that caters for all abilities and allows the chance for a social.
  • Time: Time will change depending on Run Leader and location

Club Ride:

  • Time: Time will change depending on Ride Leader and location
  • Where? Starting at Heighington Car Park
  • Cost: FREE
