Welfare
This is our page dedicated to the welfare of all of our club members.
Safeguarding all of our members, leaders, coaches and volunteers is the top priority for BRAT. We have a dedicated Welfare Officer – Rachel Hill – who is an experienced primary school teacher, with the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead at her school, so she has a wealth of experience on which to draw in this role. Rachel can be contacted on: welfare@bratclub.co.uk.
As part of our commitment to safeguarding, we expect all members to abide by our BRAT Club Code of Conduct.
The BRAT Club has adopted the following National Governing Body policies and procedures:
- British Triathlon Safeguarding and Protecting Children Policy
- Triathlon England Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedures.
- UK Athletics Safeguarding and Protecting Children in Athletics Policy
