Tuesdays 6pm for Strength & Conditioning

Tuesdays 7pm for a Coached Running Session

Venue: The Personal Training Studio, PR1 9QD

Wednesday : 6 - 8pm UCLan Sports Arena Cycle Track, Bike & Run Training (Summer)

Venue : PR2 1SG meet at the cycle track entrance

Saturday : Cycle Training (Summer)

Sunday: Easy paced long run various distances
