We have two club running sessions: 

1. Monday Evenings 6pm

We meet at the Dolphin Center - Outside or in the foyer if the weather is bad . Map Here

A Typical session involves a warm up of about a mile to the sessioin start - and then a structured session over a fixed route ( For example a hill or an 800m circuit  ) . Sessions can be run at your own pace so are suitable for all 

 

Wednesday Evenings - 6:35pm 

Eastbourne Sports Complex Track

4 lap track warm up followed by main set followed by 4 lap track cool down.
