Our training sessions

Our coaching team of BTF qualified volunteers provide training sessions designed to get you race-ready by improving your technique, fitness and strength. These structured group sessions are the best way to improve and have fun along the way.

You must be a member of the club to join our training sessions, so please contact us at membership@egtri.com if you are interested. All sessions are booked and paid for in advance via the Spond club management platform. Please see our main club website https://www.egtriclub.com/join to find out about club mambersip.

Swimming:

Coached swimming sessions are held on Saturday mornings with two sessions at 06:15 and 07:05, and Thursdays at 19:00 at the Kings Centre, East Grinstead.

Strength & Conditioning:

Strength and conditioning classes featuring either a core workout or yoga, are run through Winter and Spring on Saturdays at 07:15 in the Studio at the Kings Centre (following the early swim session).

Cycling / turbo sessions:

Coached turbo sessions are held through the winter and spring Wednesday 19:30, Kings Centre main sports hall, East Grinstead.

Running:

Coached running sessions take place after the swim on Saturday mornings at 08:00, Kings Centre reception, East Grinstead
