About the course

Worthing Sea swim at Worthing Sailing Club, BN12 4DG - 750m marked course with rescue boat. There is on road parking and a free car park 300m west of the club. Meet at 6:30pm, briefing 6:50pm, be ready to swim at 7pm through to 8pm. If the weather is too bad the session will be cancelled on the day with a message on the club Facebook page.
