About the course

Worthing Sea swim at Worthing Sailing Club, BN12 4DG - 750m marked course with rescue boat. There is on road parking and a free car park 300m west of the club. Meet at 7:30pm, to be ready to swim at 8pm through to 9pm. If the weather is too bad the session will be cancelled on the day with a message on the club Facebook page. The club bar will be open, and guests/family/friends are allowed to watch from the balcony. Fish & chips are usually available after.
