About the course

Age level: Adults and 15+ yrs

One hour coached swim session at Formby Trust swimming pool, Elbow Lane, Formby ,L37 4ED. Suitable for all abilities. Those new to coached swimming very welcome. We will work on swim technique, endurance and speed over the months. Please bring pull buoys, swim fins and kick board if you have them but but we do have some club ones.
