About the course

Age level: Adults

Each Sunday our Community Activators will lead a club bike ride, covering a number of different routes. They are suitable for all abilities and will be ridden at a steady pace with regular re-groups so that no-one will be left behind. There will be a cafe stop at some point on the route, or on shorter routes at the end of the ride. Please check weather beforehand and dress for it. Please ensure you have spare inner tubes, a pump and tyre levers. Please carry a fully charged mobile phone. The route for each week and the final meeting points, times and distance will be sent out in the members weekly email and in a members Facebook post in the days before the ride.
