About the course

Age level: Adult

This is an Activator Led run session, set in various locations each week within the Wirral area which will be confirmed before hand on Facebook The start time is 6:30pm and usually run for an hour, all abilities welcome. There is no cost for this session but all attendees must have an up to date Mersey Tri membership.
