Club training sessions
We'd love to see you at lots of our training sessions, they are all good value, great training and sociable. Unless specifically stated, all of our sessions cater for all abilities.
In usual circumstances we provide access to weekly coached swim sessions every Tuesday and alternate Thursdays. Depending on the time of year we will offer strength and conditioning courses, and indoor bike or spinning classes. These all need to be booked in advance here. These sessions are on hold at the moment. Tuesday swim sessions will restart on 1 September.
Track running sessions are run in conjunction with Run England and Nuneaton Harriers. They normally take place at the Pingles running track at 10am Saturdays and 9.30am Wednesdays. You do not need to book these sessions here. At the moment track sessions have to be booked in advance.

Please note, bookable sessions all show the same venue when you book. A list of what sessions take place where can be found on the venues page.
AT THE PRESENT TIME YOU MUST COMPLETE A RETURN TO PLAY HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE ONCE AND PROVIDE A SIGNED COPY TO THE COVID-19 COORDINATOR BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN A COACHED SESSION OF ANY KIND. DOWNLOAD THE FORM, COMPLETE IT AND EMAIL IT TO firstname.lastname@example.org THIS CAN BE DONE AT ANY TIME BEFORE YOU START COACHED SESSIONS.
YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE A FURTHER, SHORT, PRE SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE EACH SESSION. COMPLETE THIS FORM BEFORE EACH SESSION AND EMAIL IT TO email@example.com ATLEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE EACH SESSION.
