Adult Swim Training - 1 lane only, coached session (6.35-7.35pm) One is open to adults (youths 15-16 & juniors 17-18) to train on Tuesday evenings (6.35-7.35pm) alongside the Tristars. This lane will be exclusively for adults only. A coach will be on hand and you will have the option to either follow the Tristars set (put together for the older / more advanced Tristars) or follow your own training plan. There will be 5 spaces available. This may suit the parents of Tristars attending the Tuesday swim - Good availability ✅
