We provide two coached swim session per week at Carnegie Leisure Centre  as follows:

Monday 6.30am - 7.30am 

Thursday 6.30am - 7.30am

There are two lanes in operation based on ability. 

Cost is £4 per session and we usually require a minimum block of 6 paid in advance to the Club account.

During warmer months, members often swim at Lochore or Aberdour Silver Sands beach to practice open water swimming.

(These are not organised by the Club and are not coached or led swims. You should be confident in your ability and suitably prepared before attempting open water swimming of any nature)
