We have level 1 & 2 tri coaches that create fun and tri specific coached sessions.

We have regular swim analysis with under water footage and analysis with tailored drills.

You'll find these sessions at Kings of Wessex pool Tuesdays 8pm till 9pm at cost £7 per session payable at pool side
