Weekly Training
The Club operates a regular diet of sessions across all our disciplines. During the winter we expand these to include trail running, mountain biking and gravel riding (open water swimming tends to take a back seat at that time of the year!).
All sessions are booked via the Spond app, which you will recieve a Club invite for upon joining.
In the summer, members often arrange ad hoc swims, rides and runs and you'll often see a post on our members facebook page asking if anyone want's to join.
