1. What is my child's age group?
   The age is taken from 31st December in the year of the competition.
2. Can I bring a dog?
   We are sorry but no dogs are allowed on site.
3. What should I wear?
   While some competitors will wear a tri-suit, these are not necesary. If you would prefer to wear a swim suit then put on a pair of shorts for the cycle that is fine too.
4. Do I need any special clothes or equipment?
   Apart from your bike and swimming costume or trunks – no. Your normal trainers and t-shirt will do just fine. What is important is that you remember to bring some dry and warm clothes to change into afterwards.
5. Can I wear calf guards in the pool?
   No, only your tri-suit or swim suit should be worn in the pool.
6. Can I bring someone with me?
   Sure, bring a support crew to cheer you on and carry your bags. But they are not allowed in transition or able to offer any help en-route.
