About the course

One2One Coached Swim. Whilst this suits all abilities, it is not a session to teach you to swim, but to coach you to swim better. You must be able to swim a minimum of 2 lengths breast stroke . The session will be swimming free style. There will be a maximum of 4 people where a coach(s) will provide you with individual feedback and guidance to improve your swim stroke .
