This is a coached 121 swim session in lane 1 , aimed at anyone who wants focused coaching on improving their technique. This will be held at same time and as an alternative to squad swim session. It is essential that you can swim 2 lengths non stop freestyle, if you cannot please do not book on as we are not insured to coach non swimmers
