About the course

Age level: 16 and over

Participants will be timed around 10 laps of the circuit, which will be closed to vehicles (about 7.5 miles). Prizes will be awarded for the fastest and most improved times at the club's annual dinner (only members are eligible for prizes). Non-members welcome. All participants must have an approved cycle-helmet and fully working bike. The event will take place every 4 weeks on a Wednesday at 7pm, with the track open from 6.30 for warm-up. Meet at the Curborough Short track, entrance on Netherstowe Lane. Free parking available. If you are cycling there, bike-lights are recommended. Cost is £6.00 for members and £7.00 for non members.
