We hosted the Castle & Derwent Triathlon event at Derwent Reservoir for a few years until 2023, when we joined forces with Wild Deer Events.

2024 Castle and Derwent Triathlon

We expect the triathlon to go ahead in July 2025, organised by the fantastic Wild Deer team again. 

Wild Deer also organise run and swim events from Derwent Reservoir, as well as many other events in the North East! You'll find information about future events on their Event Calendar.
