The club has developed a series of 3 week training plans, available to all club members FREE OF CHARGE on the training peaks platform. It's free to open a basic account then email the club at mail@clantri.uk for the code and details of how to download the workouts. The plans include yoga, circuits, running and static cycling to help us through these challenging times, plans will be updated on a 3 week cycle while the situation evolves. Stay safe #teamclan
