Triathlon swimming for beginners is an 4 week swim block dedicated to learning the fundamentals of the front crawl stroke. This is the standard stroke used by triathletes. Prerequisite: It is suitable for anyone who can swim at least one length (25m) of a swimming pool. NOTE: This is not a learn to swim course therefore it is not suitable for anyone who can not swim at least one length of a pool.
