All our sessions are lead by BTF qualified coaches and are open to all abilities. We also hold one off skills sessions throughout the year. First timers can also come along and try a session for free.
We have a structured training plan for the year which will get you ready to race, see here for details. If you need help towards any races/training then please get in touch.
At present all our club sessions are cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We do however have plenty of virtual sessions posted on our Facebook page so come and join us if you'd like to keep training and motivated during the restricted period.

Sunday 9-12ish, meet outside Portland Building, Uni of Nottingham (groups of varying ability)
Social Ride - Every month we'll have a social ride led by ride leaders. Steady ride out to a cafe stop then ride back, approx 30 miles, suitable for all abilities. See Facebook page for full details here
