Sessions & bookings
All our sessions are lead by BTF qualified coaches and are open to all abilities. We also hold one off skills sessions throughout the year. First timers can also come along and try a session for free.
We have a structured training plan for the year which will get you ready to race, see here for details. If you need help towards any races/training then please get in touch.
Online booking is a requirement to attend and can be booked below.
Regular sessions
Swim (£6/session):
Monday 7-8pm, Harvey Hadden Sports Complex
Wednesday 6.30-7.30am, David Ross Sports Village, University of Nottingham
Bike:
Sunday 9.00-12ish, meet outside Portland Building, Uni of Nottingham (groups of varying ability). This is a social ride and not a coached session. Details will be on our Facebook page.
Run:
Tuesday 6.30-7.15pm - interval run session, see Facebook page for details
