Swim sessions are almost back to normal, but are required to comply with any current local and national Covid 19 Guidance. Sessions are notionally 1hr, so effectively 55 minutes in the water.

The club has 3 Senior swim sessions per week. Junior sessions are 'on hold' for the time being.

The cost of swimming is £4 per session for adults and £3 for juniors, payable via TeamApp. Swimming is cashless - 'tickets' should be purchased in advance on Team App.  Full information will be sent to you after you join.

The sessions are:

Wolsingham on Friday evening at 7pm

Wolsingham Pool is 20m long but we have the whole pool to ourselves. Typically 6-10 swimmers

Durham, Freeman's Quay pool, Saturdays

3pm session - CSS based, plus 1 or 2 lanes self-guided swimming
4pm session - regular mixed ability club session
