About the course

GTC is returning to Benmore (Dunoon) on 15th - 17th March 2024 to host another “base” training weekend, focusing on low intensity and technique sessions and suitable for ALL levels. For those who have been before it will be similar to prior trips, with a mix of theory and practical sessions, with running/cycling around scenic Cowal and swimming at the 25m pool in Dunoon.
