The event will take place at the Bishopbriggs Leisuredrome on Sunday, April the 24th, 2022. 

The Sprint event involves:

• A 750m (30 lengths) swim in the 6 lane 25m pool. Lane order is sorted based on the estimated swim times submitted by participants. Transition is within the Leisuredrome car park.

• A 20km cycle on closed roads.  On leaving transition and after a modest initial climb (400m), there is a flat bike loop out into the countryside, returning to transition at the Leisuredrome (4 laps).

• A 5km run, which is a loop along the picturesque towpath of the Forth and Clyde canal coming back to the Leisuredrome for the finish.
